The Challenge
This leading provider in long-term care pharmacy distribution was in need of an annual innovative strategic marketing plan to drive initial demand for four new pharmacy openings in new markets, where the brand and innovative dispensing technology were unknown.
The Approach
We created advanced digital marketing plans and developed "surround sound" launch campaigns with a multi channel approach (digital advertising, earned media, event execution, advertisements, direct mail and grass roots marketing) to target a specific niche market and create favorability for the brand. It was critical to insure pre-demand for efficient operation start up.
The Results
New market launch plans were executed with leads generating multiple large new accounts contracts. By mid-2014, three of the four new pharmacies were operating at capacity due to built-up demand.
