The Challenge
Coupled with the website redesign, this leading financial Texas credit union wanted to create an executive blog in which all key executives had the opportunity to blog about their specific areas of expertise, including banking, real estate, retirement, life insurance, investments, social media, security, etc. This credit union was interested in improving customer interactivity and also deepening existing relationships among its growing member base.
The Approach
Brand Connectix set up their corporate blog including brand name, unique financial service categories and twelve "corners" of interest. Protocols for the guidelines were established and we currently provide ongoing management and writing of the weekly blog posts.
The Results
Since the launch of the executive blog, over 100 blog posts have been delivered. We’ve delivered a 29% increase in blog trafficover the last three months and members are actively engaging with comments.
