The Challenge
This leading provider in long term care pharmaceutical distribution did not have a compelling or structured brand architecture and lacked differentiating positioning and targeted segmentation. Driving organic growth among existing pharmacy markets was an area of focus.
The Approach
Brand Connectix developed a comprehensive brand architecture, complete with new differentiating brand pillars, positioning, compelling benefits and supported claims or “Reasons-to-Believe (RTBs).” We deployed multi-level targeted drip email campaigns, SEM ad campaigns, and targeted directed mail. In addition, we created interactive trade show events to drive traffic and lead generation for the sales team
The Results
Digital marketing efforts resulted in 29% leading industry response rates and trade-marketing efforts delivered a three-fold increase in lead generation. We exceeded sales goals, delivering a 40% increase in sales for the 2013 fiscal year.
